Terms and Conditions

Given I work as a solo therapist, at this time I am only offering treatments to female clients. If and when this changes in the future I will advertise appropriately.

All appointments must be booked by emailing info@eptherapies.com or phoning 07730045704. Your appointment will be confirmed by email which will contain the full address of The Studio and further information about your appointment.
 
If you have any questions or concerns prior to your appointment, please do not hesitate to contact me to discuss these. Please appreciate, I may not be able to answer the phone straight away due to being in a treatment (or just being mummy) but if you leave a message, I will contact you as soon as I am able to.

When you arrive for your appointment, I will ask you to complete a Consultation Form. This will ask you for information such as medical history, medication, allergies etc.
This information will ensure that you are safe to receive the treatment and means that I can tailor the treatment to your needs. On very rare occasions, I may not be able to carry out the treatment until we have the approval of your GP.
I will also ask you to agree to the Privacy Notice which outlines what happens to your personal information, in line with GDPR regulations.

As a Complementary Therapist, my job is not to diagnose a condition.  Complementary Therapies are aimed to work along side conventional medicine, and not replace them.

Some medical conditions may require your doctors approval before we are able to commence treatment. If you have an undiagnosed condition, please consult your doctor first before arranging treatment.

Prior to each appointment, I kindly request that you let me know if you are unwell. When attending, please ensure you are at least 48 hours clear of any sickness and diarrhoea, fevers and viruses. Being self employed with a young family, I must minimise the risk to the health and wellbeing of myself and my loved ones. I also am unable to offer treatments to any client while an infection is present.

Details of access and parking for The Studio will be provided in your booking confirmation email.

Payment will be taken at the end of your appointment. I accept credit/debit cards or cash payments. I am able to provide a digital receipt if required which can be emailed following payment.

Wellbeing Packages 

E P Therapies will travel a maximum of a 10 mile radius of Horsmonden to work at a wellbeing evening. All clients MUST complete a consultation form prior to treatments commencing. The space provided for carrying out treatments must be safe and warm and should be suitable for clients to feel comfortable to receive their treatment.
As per general Terms and Conditions, E P Therapies will only treat female guests at the current time.
